Can anyone help me

Hi I’ve had a bad week of anxiety starting with head pressure tension headaches , buzz in toe. Anyway now my nose feels heavy and sort of dry .. I haven’t got a cold but have been sneezing more he past week. Is this sinus related .. does anyone have any tips to calm myself down . And irrationally thank you

My sinuses and allergies have been awful. It sounds like that is what it is. No matter how many times I have dealt with this myself, I still get anxious too.

If your sinus,s are blocked like mine put your head over a sink full of hot water with a few drops of Olbas oil in it.Put a towel over your head and inhale the steam until you feel the pressure go,if it is sinus related you might hear some crackling sounds as mucus starts to move.hope this helps and good luck.
