can anxiety cause pressure behind the ear

Hi everyone

I suffer terrible with pressure behind my ear but the quacks can find no wrong. I am always on edge and feel jumpy at times. When it is bad even using a mobile phone hurts my ear. Sudden noises can be painful and I am at my wits end with this. Does anyone think this can be caused by anxiety.

I think this is caused by anxiety, I only ever notice the pressure in my ears when I'm around people, when I get jumpy (alot :() and when I'm really anxious.
