Most effective dose for Anxiety?

I realise this is a subjective thing, but I'm only on 75mg slow release per day. It doesn't really help with anxiety. The obvious answer is to try doubling the dose but I wondered if anyone had found the sweet spot for them for reducing anxiety?

I've found Venflaxine to be really good for my anxiety, obviously there are some things that trigger more serious panic but for all the 'low-level' & daily anxiety it's great. I've been taking about 150mg for about 4-5 months now

I just started this week was on 37.5 for 3 days today started 75. How long have you been on them

my tablets are the slow-release ones. Been taking them for about 3 months now.
I think it's totally normal for your anxiety to increase at the beginning, unfortunatly that is a side-affect of many of these drugs.
