Random question ... does anyone on here live in a park home?? I need to sell my house and won't have enough to buy bricks and mortar. I've been looking at semi retirement parks, possibly by the coast :).
Just wondered if anyone had any experience of them? :)

Very complicated in terms of lease/rental of land and utility supplies etc, Phuz. I would look at retirement homes or flats (with decent lease) if your age permits.

Good luck ;)

I'm 61 so not too old lol. I've been reading up on park homes but as you say it's complicated.
Think I'll have to do more research :)

My Mum lived in one for a while but you can only live in a Park Home for 11 months of the year so have to vacate every year for a month I believe, at least thats what my Mum had to do anyways

They cost a lot when you sell them - I think I was quoted about £9000 so look into that side of it.
