Hi,

I have been doing my relaxation a lot recently, listening to a relaxation CD, and it seems to help in those moments where my anxiety is up. Now, what i'm wondering is how to fully relax whilst on the move. For example, if i'm walking down the street and start to feel panicky or lightheaded.

Hi Gregor,

Timed breathing works for me sometimes if I'm out and about, breathe in to the count of 3, and breath out to the count of three. It calms me down 7 times out of ten.
