Reading a great book about anxiety and panic, written by an ex sufferer who recovered and went on to study the topic in great detail.
Has very easy to understand explainations about the most common symptoms and how they are related to the illness.
Also has his recovery story and how he stopped the cycle.
Very helpful.

It's called 'At Last a Life' by Paul David.

Hi Aussie,
Ive got the book, and its really encouraging.
The guy used to be a member of this site and was very good at helping the members. Hes also got his own website.
At my lowest times last year the book became my bible and id read certain sections of it over and over again.

Take care
LYNN xx

I read it aswell

Like most media on anxiety, all it can do is make you realise a) you're not alone, and b) not to fear or fight

It gave me some useful tips although it's not some magical cure that will make your anxiety disappear after you've read it
