Hi everyone, I come and go from this website a bit but feel I need it now more than ever. I’ve gone back to constantly worrying about my health again. I keep thinking I’m going to get cancer or get an illness which will make me die. I’m living in fear. You would have read from my posts that I’m awaiting a smear test result and am hardly sleeping because am worried so much and I don’t know why. It’s horrible living in my world. It’s not normal to live like this and worry constantly is it?
