Dizzy when rolling over my head or sometimes rolling my neck ?

So since my anxiety started I've always got this dizzy feeling my doctor and neurolgist said it's anxiety but I started going to mma and we have to roll I get really dizzy or rolling my neck sometimes or like if I get off an elevator my legs will feel off, I don't know why I'm panicky about it but do you think this is anxiety I was just at the doctor but I totally forgot to ask -.-

I had that one time in work, came out of the lift and felt a bit dizzy.

I get this too and I have no idea what it is. Any time I go on an elevator or in a lift I get dizzy for a minute or so afterwards.

Absolutely normal, happens to me all the time. Especially with the rolling neck thing.
