Freaking about food poisoning

I had some leftovers last night and I have had horrible stuck gas for 24 hours. No fever/nausea/diarrhea.
But after reading a food poisoning article I'm worried I have E.Coli and it's just taking longer to show up :(

You are fine. E coli is a feedlot bacteria and wouldn't be there if the food was cooked. Being leftovers and e coli are not relatable at all. E coli doesn't show up because food is old. You would have gotten sick eating it fresh too.

Also, almost everyone recovers from it anyway.

Finally, it sounds like you have gas. Take a tums and relax.
