Lightheadedness - is it in my head?

Hi all,

I've been experiencing the feeling of being lightheaded for over a week now. It started with me getting up in the night and losing balance slightly when walking to the bathroom.

Since then I've been feeling 'woozy' whereby I don't feel 100% in my head - feels like I'm not 100% here. It's odd - I can't really explain it.

I've been to two doctors who both said "oh don't worry you're young" and did the classic blood pressure, heart rate, reflexes etc.

But it's still here and I'm beginning to worry. What could this be? Could it just be anxiety?

I went through an anxious period about dizziness maybe about...two years ago? And it wasn't really "dizziness"...it was more similar to what you described

I stopped paying attention to it (amazingly) and it went away...
