Dying hair vs. mole on temple

Hi, does anyone have a mole in hair (on temple), cca 2mm, normal looking, since i was teenager, now i am 38, and i dye my hair for blond for 20 yrs.is it safe for the mole? It is in hair, so it is "dyed" every time...
