Should I be concerned? I woke up a few days ago to this tightness in my lower left back, it isnt painful at all its just a weird tight stiff feeling. It hasnt gone away but sometimes when I over think a pain in my body it doesnt go away until I am no longer concerned so I am not sure if this is one of those cases.
I have kyphosis and scoliosis (I am not sure if those can cause my stiffness) so I remember getting this pain in the past but it would usually go away after an hour or so. Any thoughts? Thanks.
