Hi Everyone
My name is Sue and I have been diagnosed with GAD. My main issue is worrying about my health. In particular I am always worried about tumours and finsd myself when I am stressed checking for lumps eg if I scratch my neck then i keep feeling if a lump is there....madness really.

Would love to know if anyone else has experienced this cause at time I feel like i am going insane. Worst time is the morning on waking i feel sick ...

Would love to chat with anyone and hope we can bring each other through this
