Health anxiety through the roof again.
I've had a one sided migraine above the eye and down the left side of my ear and upper teeth etc for 2 weeks now. It's a dull ache that's there constant. not extremely painful and my eye keeps watering. Doctor said migraine and told me to stop my contraceptive pill but it still hasn't shifted yet. It do go with painkillers but comes back after they wear off.
Anyone else had this sort of symptom with anxiety ?
I'm getting so angry at myself for falling back down this hole again ;( please tell me I'm not dying of a brain tumour!!

Classic symptoms of a trigger point in the neck being active.

Can be a tight sternocleinomastoid muscle which gives a pseudo migraine effect

Thank you guys. I really hope that's the problem Pulisa. I'm so down today. I was doing so well until now *sighs* :(

Try heat or ice on your neck and consider a trip to the dentist to check for signs of grinding your teeth. That's the source of my migraines.

Thanks Erin, I'm just more concerned because it's still lingering after two weeks! I will try the ice pack!
I do have wisdom teeth that are half way through so that could be part of the problem.
Hope it goes away soon!
