So basically for the last 24 hours I have felt like something is stuck in my throat but it seems to change position from the bottom to the top then left and right.

It feels like I have a piece of food in there but I made myself sick earlier and its still there its so frustrating!

Has anyone else had this? I'm driving myself crazy.

Hows it feeling now Griffin?

i'm a chronic sufferer from globus and it can really feel like something stuck there, but over the years i've been able to calm down.

defo sounds like globus it can stay for a while and appear a lot.

a warm cuppa usually helps me, or some ice lollys it takes some of the sensation away and strepsils work wonders(for when its really bad)

wishing you the best! :hugs:

Hey!

I have just eaten some soup and it improved a little while I was eating and now it seems to have switched sides again.

Its been like this for a couple of days now it moves side to side and higher and lower randomly or if I drink it will go a bit lower.

I'll try the Ice lolly's :)

It can be really awful and annoying to experience, i defo think its either globus or possibly post nasal drip, if it gets really annoying your GP may be able to help x
