Symptoms after anxiety

Does anyone else strugle with shaking the symptoms of anxiety even when you feel the episode is over? E.g i convince myself i'm ok... and an hour later boom symptoms back and I fall back down the anxiety whole

Symptoms like GERD - breathing difficulties - lump in throat - loose stools - tight mucsles - chest pain.

How long till they go? Does anyone here take xanax or vallium? Does it work?

Only doctor can prescribe you with Xanax or other anti-anxiety meds. They help but probably not in a way you think they do. They reduce your anxiety, but your symptoms would most likely stay since you would constantly be monitoring to check whether they are still there.

You should probably visit a therapist. Anti depressants might work better for you, but again, only a doctor can decide that.
