Afternoon everyone! I haven’t been on here for a while as everything’s been going so well and I’ve had a great run but now I’m facing it all again. Back down that dark place, rumination, suicidal, lack of energy - all before Mother’s Day I feel like a complete let down. It’s really done me over as I have been fine, I’ve lost 2 stone, I’m exercising every day, taking my meds, I’m healthier than ever before - why has this happened :-(

Sometimes it does just happen and it can't be explained, but you have to keep fighting back. Don't allow it to become to much of a set back - you will get out of it again! :)

Thanks graceski, I’m feeling a bit better today no suicidal thoughts and my energy levels have increased. Been to see my GP who’s new and he was useless absolutely useless.
