Le sigh. Spotted a new mole on the inside of my wrist today and am doing my best not to panic. It’s tiny (like a freckle) so I’m telling myself to give it 4-6 weeks to see if it changes. I’m in my mid-30s but am fair with lots of moles, and I usually find a few new tiny ones each year.
I get so tired of that rush of anxiety and panic about whether this is the bad mole. Anyone else go through this? How do you cope? Thanks!
