Heat Sensation in chest and rapid heart rate upon waking.

Hello. I've been having a new symptom that has panic attacks thru the roof lately. Upon waking in the morning, I have been feeling and heat rise from my belly to my chest and then my heart races and I panic. I'm trying to rationalize that I'm having a small set back and this is only anxiety/adrenaline. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, I've had this too, just last night actually. I'm in full anxiety mode at the moment so I'm assuming it's due to adrenaline.
