Hello all.
as you can see im new on this forum, :)

Im Steven, im 21 and from UK (portsmouth area)
i have just recently been told by the doctors im having panic attacks,
one big shock to me. im here to find out alot about panic attacks and to heal myself and try to help anyone else in the process.

im off now to browse the forum.. thats my say done!
