Weird feelings in head and hands

Hi
Under extreme stress at the moment,now keep getting that can only be described as a tremor like feeling in my head that only last a couple of seconds,instantly makes me feel ill skakey especially hands.
Also when laying down to go to sleep at night it feels like my head is shaking,anybody else get similar symptoms?

Anxiety.

I get the "head shaking" when "lying down at night" thing. No idea what it is, but I've had it (on and off) for yearsssssss
