What has the doctor suggested?
You may or may not. Hard to tell

I think it depends. If going up resulting in intolerable side effects then it is quite likely those will settle as the higher dose is eliminated from the body. But things that feel like a shock can linger so you will only know by trying.
You won't get withdrawal as it is known in the common sense.
Also be aware it takes a certain amount of time for the difference between 90-120mg to be eliminated once you stop topping up with 120mg.

the doc wants me to keep going with 120 but my body and mind can’t take it
So first few weeks weren’t to bad but omg on week 3 I went down hill so I guess it was helping so restarted 120 again , feeling really awful , all day anxiety and my mornings omg can’t take much more

Talk to the prescribing doctor asap. There may be ways of reducing the severity of the side-effects.
So messed up right now , 120 too much but when I try to drop down I feel worse after 3 weeks , just about had as much as I can take now

What happens when you're on 120mg, and what is the longest you've been at that dose?
