Im wondering if anyone can help me at all please. I have health anxiety and over the past week or so I haven't eaten a lot at all, today I sat down to my Sunday roast and just couldn't face it, had a few mouthfuls and left the rest and now I'm worried it's something bad. Has anyone else experienced this?

Do you have any other symptoms to report, has this been going on for a long time or just this week? How's your appetite over the last few days? Try to force yourself to get nutritious things down you if you're physically able, as long as there's no serious distress in your gut, it's important to eat even if you're a bag of nerves or you sense something is wrong, we need fuel.
