I am in week 5 of taking 10mg a day in the morning and finally felt some relief from anxiety and intrusive thoughts at beginning of week 5, where the thoughts are more distant in my head and dont cause me to ruminate I can move into something else easier.

I had not slept properly until 4 days ago where I now only get up to go to the loo. However I feel as though I could stay in bed all day just because I feel v. lethargic and getting to sleep is no longer a problem.

for the first four weeks as I said I literrally suffered from insomnia and could count on one hand the number of nights I stayed in bed, not pacing and mind not racing.

Also I am dreaming loads more, nice dreams which is lovely!!!

still feel my mood could be lifted a bit more but the change in the last week has proved something is starting to happen for the better!
Would love to hear about anyone elses experiences of when these started to kick in and of the sleep thing!!

forgot to add feelings wise dont feel particularly happy or particularly down, just feel if that makes sense?

Hi Abs
I've been on 10mg for about 2 1/2 years now and find it's great.
Keep it up and one day you'll suddenly realise you haven't felt bad for a while.
Couldn't recommend it more.
