I wanted to no if admin allow if I could start a poll on how often members with anxiety get headaches

daily weekly monthly it was my therapist that recommended collecting some information that could maybe help in my recovery and research

Headaches are extremely common in people even without health anxiety.

What's "normal" for one may be abnormal for another. For example, I get migraines and have done since I was a very young child. I used to be sent home from school vomiting with them. My pattern is usually periods of nothing, then "clusters" of migraines. Last year, I had a migraine three days in a row, which was terrible.

You don't need to worry about headaches, unless they are accompanied by serious neurological signs, or you get "the worst headache of your life" which is a thunderclap headache (possible aneurysm).
