So on Friday at work, a lady brought with weights in and it was 4kgs.
i normally do only 2kgs, im weak. and small.
anyways was i used her weight and put it behind my head, then u lifted it up, i think it did it 3 times
afterwards my arm was really sore.
like not the muscles, the joints feel sore. and it's being sore all weekend and hurts to sleep on it. i wish to god i didn't do it.
i freaking out i wrecked my shoulder, like teared it or something and might need surgery. and it take ages to heal
like i being trying to rest it, but i was just on the treadmill at gym and it was hurting while i was walking
does it sound like i wrecked my shoulder ??
