Worried about lead poisoning

I work around with lead and tin sodder and I'm worried how much I need to touch to really worry about lead poisoning? Anyone have any epic facts that can cool my anxiety down I don't really want to look anything up?

Seeing as you are in the US, certainly there are OSHA regulations put in place in order to protect you. What do you do? Are you given safety equipment?
