Anxiety panic attacks on 15mg citrolpram

Hi im nicola ive been suffering for years with depression and panic attacks i over come alot and im in better health now but just over past few months ive start with panic attacks again i know they cant harm me but they are alot different to ones i had years ago i would just like some one elses input to how they feel wen geting them
