used shared yoga mat! paranoid about lice??

yesterday i was in a fitness class and suddenly the intructor gave us each a mat and had us to exercises. i didn't have time to clean my mat like i usuallly do and now am freaking out there was lice on it! what should i do? at this studio everyone cleans the mat after every class but idk how well the person before me did it
