Buzzing, fuzzy feeling on face

I am hoping others can share if they have experienced any of these and how it felt, tests, outcome etc.

I have been feeling a buzzing under my skin on my face. First it was near my lip/chin for nearly a week. It went away for about a month now it's back on my chin for day 3 now. It's off and on but pretty consistant. It's like a dime size buzzing feeling or a fuzzy cobweb sensation. I've had it on other places on my face now and again that lasts for a few seconds but these ones around my chin and mouth area seem to last logner.

I'm pretty freaked but do not want to get medical testing.

I really don't think it's anything to worry about, I too get random buzzy feeling areas particularly on the cheeks, sometimes tongue. Have done for as long as I can remember. It's just nerves tingling perhaps as they sometimes do.

I get this all the time, especially when I'm stressed or upset. It's not pleasant, but it's completely harmless.
