Hi Every one

Hi everyone I found this site today when looking for some help i suffer from panic attacks especially if i am going somewhere where i feel that i wont be able to get to a toilet or think i might have to que for the loo....
I am hoping that im not the only one that feels like this.....Today I fear i have reached rock bottom I didnt even get into work does any one else feel like this.........
