Does anyone on here find there anxiety goes up like crazy up in the heat ????

Oh yes. I keep out of it as much as I can. I don't like any extremes, blazing heat or freezing cold.

I said this morning it was bordering on getting too hot.
Cooler by Wednesday...hang in there.

this would explain me today! went for a nice stroll in the park then the harbour and literally every big dog, kid, person would kick me off haha!

Yeah my anxiety has been much higher since the temperature went up. It's weird.
