An anyone relate?

I have suffered for 13 years but last few weeks ive really been suffering in the evening with a tight throat and it makes me want to throw up and the only way i can get rid of it is to force myself to throw up although i dont bring anything up and evey evening im expecting it to happen now and ofcourse it happens, anyone else had anything like this? Did anything help?

Yes im sure thats what it is but ive almost trained my boday tondo tgis every night now and im not sure how to break the cycle
