Does anyone feel some ridges/small bumps when running their fingers across the inside of their bicep?
I feel this on my left one for sure, and possibly on the right one. They are not hard lumps, but just feel like rubbery things.
Is this normal?? I am worried about it today for some reason. I randomly felt them closer to the end of the bicep near the elbow.

It's called a tendon :whistles: Perhaps a textbook on basic anatomy would help prevent worries about normal bodily things and functions.
