Hi - I’ve been suffering with panic attacks- health anxiety (my own) and fears for my child (although nothing wrong with him) for the past four years - my family laugh at me and call me a mental case my husband does says he doesn’t get it because he has never had it - I suffer panic blurred vision rapid heartbeat fear of fainting fear of dying etc etc - I dread my son saying he is unwell even with a cold because I blow it out of all proportion thinking he has pneumonia meningitis etc etc - I end up making myself panic draining myself physically and mentally - on holiday at the moment but cannot leave my health worries at home ... today particularly bad as have filthy cough and cold but now imagining I have sepsis - I am drained i cannot imagine other people have all this - is it just me ? X
