Flashes when bright colours

It's happened for years especially notice when istay at my mum's as her rug is multi colour blocks. User flashes in corner of eye when clashing colours or bright colours are together. Last night it happened when against my red jumper and white bath. Is this normal? I tested it by taking jumper off and it wasn't there but was when I put jumper back on.

Brain tumor eyes. I'm sat in living room light on and kitchen opposite light on and swear I saw white flash maybe a fly or a dust speck idk.
