I've been through pretty much every symptom there is. I've had great times and I've had horrible times. I was doing well for quite some time and out of nowhere it snuck back in.. only this time I'm having more stomach issues and excessive sweats. The thoughts seem to overwhelm so badly at times I dont wanna be alone again. It's truly affecting my everyday functions. I thought I had finally gotten control. Any help?

Hello!
It’s horrible when you have a relapse. Have you had any professional help? Do you remember relaxation exercises, or do you do anything to relax?

Hi I started relapsing that day also ( happened to be my birthday as well) I know how hard it’s is and frustrating . Our minds just suddenly become obsessed about anything anxiety inducing but you know what relapse are normal the great thing is we know we can get better because we did before . I’m looking into mindfulness and meditation and I’m under therapy . Just take each day at a time . You not alone and we can do this try remember how well you did before now and it is possible try stay positive about all . An if you need extra help go to drs x
