Panic Attack last night

well last night i had what i can describe as my first major panic attack in over 6 months it was horrible and id obviously forgotten just how bad they are however when i woke up today ive been left with the occasional spasm around my mouth it comes every 10 or so minutes lasts for a few seconds then goes away again i can only describe it as like a feeling of a trapped nerve.Is this a normal after affect of a panic attack or am i just being paranoid seeing as though it was my first proper pa in ages

i think you are right, that it is just the after efffect of a bad panic attack, many people have different symptoms, or it could just be a trapped nerve like you say, i don't think theres anything to worry about a

and i'm sorry to hear of you PA.
