so i had my normal asthma review today and she asked me some questions and i said every now and then ill wake up and cant catch my breath, it passes and i go back to sleep but she said it may be a form of sleep apnea. Could this be right? it only happens every now and then, and the times it has happened i have also ate late that night and had food with tinned tomato sauce. Now i have a doctors appointment tomorrow to see if the doctors thinks the same and i may have to have a sleep test or something
