Body vibration

When i go to bed i can feel a constant tremble in my right leg and arm,when moving can’t feel it
Anybody else get this sort of thing?

I've been experiencing this

It's really concerning me, I've had blood tests, Mri's on my head etc but the doctor puts it down to anxiety
