Anxiety & panic attacks

Hi , I’m Shannon I’m 23 living in the uk and suffer from anxiety and panic attacks . It’s gotten worse since my daughter was born , she’s almost two . I’m on 50mg Sertraline but thinking of upping it as this week has been absolutely hell . I’ve been getting panic attacks everyday my anxiety is at its worst it’s ever being and I don’t know what to do
