For about a week now, up until today my bowel movements have been quite loose.. sorry tmi but yesterday i had a bm which was light brown with big black hard bits in, i am on iron tablets. Whilst ive had loose stool ive experienced some weird pain in my lower left stomach. Sometimes if i sit down too hard it will hurt, it feels like the pain is in my bottom also it literally feels like a bowel pain. I cant bring my left leg into my stomach cause it hurts to press on my belly! Passing wind has been super smellier than usual :( i cant move too fast because i get this bowel pain, i managed to have a solid bm today but it took ages of trying, im terrified its bowel cancer absolutely terrified! :,(
