Lightheadedness/dizzy throughout the night i am exhausted

I have been feeling lightheaded at night now when I am in bed for about 3 months! It isn't where the room is spinning more of a lightheaded feeling and pressure. I do suffer with BPPV also but this is different as it feels spinney on the inside not where my surroundings are spinning. I am waiting to see an ENT specialist in June! I am also awaiting an MRI of my head - Please help I feel so depressed with this. Thanks you!!

I had that the other night. Idk if it was due to neck tension because I had a really bad tension headache or stress from waiting for biopsy results for the last week. I remember there was a time like 5 years ago where I had it forever (months). I think the more I stressed about it, the worse it got.

It’s awful debilitating especially when you are on your own and trying to hold a job down.. I just never feel right I’m fearful of it constantly it just came on suddenly

Mine was so much worse at night when my husband was working the night shift. It was also worse in busy public places.
