Headaches when laying down

I have previously suffered with health anxiety. But for the last 8 years or so I have kept it in check. I have been having daily headaches, seen the doc, been put on amytripalin. It has helped a bit.

My headaches seem worse when laying down, I won’t have one, lay down and within 10 mins I have head pressure and face pressure.

Eyes have been tested as blurry vision on occasion. All normal.

Freaking out a little. Been like this for 3 months now.

Anyone experienced similar?

It could be a sinus issue.
Try propping up your pillows and see if there is any improvement.

Aww you sound like you have a sinus infection going on. Mine last for months because I refuse to take antibiotics for them and I’ve always had sinus issues. I’ve found that tension headaches can also cause this kind of pain on occasion

I do wonder if it’s a sinus issue, in the morning I have very thick green lumps at the back of my throat (gross I know!)

Saw the doc today and he wasn’t a great deal of help. Says he thinks it’s migraine related and to double the amitryptalin and see if that helps!
