Anyone got any tips for dealing with brain fog?

I think it's a side effect of my meds but it's possible that i'm now depressed as well as anxious

It's not a symptom I'm familiar with but it could well be a side effect of your meds.

What are you taking, at what dose and how long have you been taking them?

I can relate.. I have awful daily brain fog from the meds I'm on. Perhaps its about weighing out the risk vs benefit with medication and you should explain to your doctor if its become debilitating brain fog.. possibly a dosage adjustment is in order. I don't have any tips other than to say (for me) as the day progresses - it subsides somewhat.
