Hello All,

I have just managed to join this forum and hopefully, through all of you, be able to seek some comfort in my recovery after having a near brekdown only eight weeks ago which has rendered me having to deal with constant panic/anxiety attacks .
I am making some progress though and am pleased I have found this forum.

good morning bb you will get loads of in fo on this site its helping me i to suffer anxiety and depression which non of its nice but this site helps and everyone understands thats the main.tc lv elaine xxxx

Nice to know in a space of two months your making some recovering from those monsterous panic and anxiety attacks, and you can be sure enough for that fact of joining here you may just find your recovery acelerating even more.
