Off days?

How many of us get off days, like when you struggle to do the littlest of tasks. Like went to the petrol station today and totally felt stressed, i mean at the beginning of the week i went into town. And was calm and relaxed. anybody else having an off day?

I am having an off week just like Latic!

I try to remember that even the people 100% fighting fit who never have had a panic/anixety problem have bad days too.
