Hey everyone, i'm matt, i have been suffering from attack for about a year now (may not seem long i know). First of all i thought it was due to drinking but my GP said it is common in 1-3 people,still i cut down drinking now so only drink few days in the month really,sometimes go few months without it. Scared first of all bu seem to be able to handle it alot better nowadays.

Welcome the the site, Seems you want to get some support and some more information on panic attacks so have a look throught the information here and join in. I've only had p/a for 4 months and its starting to get on my nerves but this site has really helped.

Hi Matt i have been suffring for a year too and they are getting worse i only joined the site yesterday and there are alot of things that i have read and are starting to help and thats only been a day :)
