reclusive

I'm gone very reclusive in the last week just wanting to be alone etc.I dont know if its because of the panic/agoraphobia or what:shrug: .can any one else relate to this?I went for hypnotherapy yesterday am hoping a few sessions might help.

Hi bet

everyone is different when they are not well with anxiety. I can relate to how you are, I tend to withdraw and prefer to spend time on my own to de-stress. Im in reclusive mode at the moment and that is OK.

Do whatever feels right for you and good luck with the hypnotherapy, I had several sessions and got a cd at the end which I listen to so I can do a self hynosis. Very effective and relaxing.

Hi Bet,

I have agoraphobia too, and go through phases where i am particularly reclusive - you're definitely not alone :hugs:

I really hope the hypnotherapy helps - i've been considering it for a while myself, so let us know how it goes if you can.
