Lump/sac in mouth, not sure what it is?

Hi all,

I’ve just been wondering about this sac that I’ve seen in my mouth. It’s hard to describe where exactly it is, but I’m pretty sure it’s next to my Palatine Tonsils. On one side I have just the normal tonsil, no small lump above it, but on the other side, I have my tonsil and this strange looking lump that looks like it is kind of attached to my tonsil by something white. The picture is of the small lump but it would help if anyone could tell me what it could be? It has been there for a few months but I never took notice of it, only until now I’ve started to worry about it:/

I'm not sure tbh but I've always had the same thing on one side of my mouth and not the other. My GP has looked down there a number of times and never said anything about it so I don't worry about it :shrug:
